RULES AND GUIDELINES
1.Free entry but one entry per person up to 10 Entry per city of Florida or 10 entry per state other then Florida.
2. All entry must be in by 11:00pm on FEB 22, 2014.
3. All costume and performance and has to be original.
4. At NO time may you have any personal contact with anyone from the judge the panel. It will be an automatic disqualification.
5. At no time may you give gifts of any kind to anyone judging the contest. It will be an automatic disqualification.
6. All states is welcome to participate but must provide their own transportation to the location of the event the day of the event.
7. In order to participate must be 18 or older to enter. please bring ID.
